All Persons entering The Farm, Grenagh do so subject to the following Terms & Conditions.
General Farm Terms & Conditions
All entrants must pay admission fee prior to entry. Any person attempting to gain admission without a valid ticket can be refused entry and removed from the premises
Tickets are non-refundable and The Farm reserves the right to change admission prices at any time.
The Farm reserves the right to inspect tickets at any time during your visit. Failure to provide a ticket for inspection may result in removal from the premises.
Special Offers may not be used against purchases from the gift shop unless otherwise stated.
Any one special offer, complimentary pass, group discount or voucher may not be used in conjunction with another offer.
No Special Offers apply on Special Event Days, such as Tug of War, Harvest Day or Christmas Wonderland.
Complimentary Passes are for one person only and only one pass per family or group will be accepted.
Children under the age of 2, on the day of your visit, are free to The Farm.
Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times during your visit.
Children should only be allowed to use play equipment appropriate to age or ability.
The Farm reserves the right to refuse admission to any of our facilities at any time.
The Farm reserves the right to remove any patrons behaving in a manner that may cause injury, distress or impact the safety of other patrons, animals or staff of The Farm.
Climbing on gates or fences will not be tolerated.
The Farm reserves the right to close part or all of The Farm at any time due to maintenance, upgrades, weather, disease or outbreak etc without notice.
The Farm will have no liability for travel expenses or any other out-of-pocket expenses in respect to closure of all or part of The Farm.
The Farm is not liable for any failure to perform regular business due to events outside of our control.
Items that may affect the safety of animals or other patrons of The Farm are prohibited.
These include but are not limited to – weapons, fireworks, glass bottles, blades, skateboards, rollerblades, roller-skates, bikes, balls or hurleys.
Pets are not permitted on The Farm, with the exception of Service Dogs.
Only Food purchased in The Haystack Restaurant may be consumed on The Farm or in the restaurant.
Accidents or Incidents must be reported to a member of staff immediately.
Animals are not to be fed unless supervised by a staff member.
Farm Annual Membership Terms & Conditions
All Farm Annual Memberships are subject to the following Terms & Conditions – Valid as of 16.05.2016
Membership entitles the member to entry to the farm walks, outdoor play areas & petting areas during displayed opening hours, which are subject to change, for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. During the Winter months, The Farm will be closed for periods of time, this may include but is not limited to: weekdays in Winter or the month of January.
Membership does not cover participation on tractor rides or in extra activities taking place at The Farm Park.
Membership is only valid for those named & photographed persons on the membership card.
Photographs will only be used for entry purposes and will not be shared with any Third Party.
Cards are not transferrable to other persons and must be presented on each visit!
A charge of €5 will apply for replacement of lost or damaged membership cards. Cards can be damaged so they should be protected.
Abuse or misuse of the Membership system will result in membership being terminated without refund.
Last entry to The Farm Park is 4.30pm in Summer and 3.30pm in Winter unless by prior arrangement.
Parts or all of The Farm Park may close, without notice, due to adverse weather conditions, upgrading or maintenance.
Membership cards will not cover entry to special events including machinery working days, Harvest Day,Birthday parties, School Tours, Easter Festival activities, Christmas festival activities, events held for the help of charitable purposes or any special event that may be run over the course of the year.
The Softplay area in the restaurant building is for Under 5’s only and is for the use of restaurant customers only.
Only food purchased at The Farm can be consumed in the playarea.
Please ensure you report to the till before entering the Softplay area.
While we at The Farm have taken the safety and enjoyment of everyone who enters very seriously, parents and guardians of children must ensure that their children are supervised at all times and only play on equipment suitable for their age.
While our animals are friendly, they may bite so please ensure no hands are placed in or around their mouths.
Please do not feed or handle animals without a member of staff present.
All accidents MUST be reported to a member of staff.
Family Pets are not allowed entry to The Farm park with the exception of service dogs.
Only food purchased at The Farm may be consumed on The Farm unless arranged in advance.
